O Carolón

"O Carolón" is a sweet cake 100% handmade, Galician typically more specifically to the region of Lugo in "A Mariña Lucense"  easternmost region, recovered from local tradition but with personality ... and buttery soft texture and a hint of anise, is presented as a desktop similar in shape to the classic French brioche. With heart of nuts, raisins, its sweet and fine crumb, and its unmistakable aroma will not leave aside traditional to the most discerning palates.

CAROLON DEFINITION:

The definition refers to CAROLÓN walnut Galician called "caroleira" and nuts "carolas", with the addition of the suffix to the name  "-LON" according to the bulky appearance of the candy, and playing with the words "O CAROLÓN" trademarked  nº 2.915.336.
